Planning and construction management for the refurbishing of a large 2 floors single-family home during the Fascist period 

The project includes the new study of the exterior elevations (facades) to improve their appearance and a new internal accommodation

Inside: arrangement of the living area and large kitchen, internal staircase and new distribution of the rooms

Outside: new string courses, window frames to refine the massive aspect of the elevations
